We have a 2 hour minimum of $195 for Handyman / Home Renovation jobs. Does not apply to electrical or plumbing jobs
Plus $95 for each additional hour + materials.
We require $195 upfront as a deposit to schedule your work day.
Because additional job items tend to be added throughout the job... We show up and go to work, then the bill is tallied at the end of the job.
*Note: In-Home consultations are subject to a $200 Consultation Fee, which may be applied to the project invoice upon acceptance of the estimate and agreed upon scope of work.
